Pop 'Em Brookies is a local business in Rye, NY run by two high schoolers, Poppy Ridd and Emily Hau, who wanted to combine their love of baking with a desire to give back.

This year, we chose Soul Ryeders to donate 50% of their profits to. So far, we have raised $1,396.47 and counting.
